1. South Sea Cruises Ltd owns and operates ‘Coconuts and Coral’ and ‘Awesome Adventures’.
2. Cancellation Fees: The properties all have varying cancellation and amendment policies which the client will incur in full. Copies of these are available on request.
3. As many of these resorts are small they are at times full. When this is the case we reserve the right to suggest an alternative property of a similar standard which may be on another island.
4. South Sea Cruises Ltd reserves the right to cancel departures, alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge*, arrange alternative transport, accommodation and vary itineraries and services if necessary.
5. All transfers are subject to sea and weather conditions. Should adverse conditions prevent operation the client is responsible for their own additional accommodation costs. Coconuts and Coral cannot be held responsible for missed flights due to late arrival at airline check-in counter.
6. An additional charge is payable directly to the resort for transfers between the Yasawa Flyer and Viwa Island Resort (incl. packages).
7. Complimentary transfers are provided from most Nadi/Denarau area hotels to Denarau Marina, but clients must book in advance.
8. Package Prices are per person. Prices listed as Twin/Double are per person based on two people sharing a room or bure and include return transfers from Denarau Marina, Nadi. All prices are in 5 for travel from 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2013 and include taxes where applicable. Where an additional price is shown under meals, these rates are per person and include 3 meals per night stayed. The meal package must be taken as there are no alternative dining places. The cost should be paid directly to the resort in Fiji Dollars. Where A La Carte is shown, meals are at your own cost and paid directly to the resort. Children's fares - under 15 years. Infants - under 5 years. These prices are available on request.
9. Nanuya Island Resort, Viwa Island Resort and Navutu Stars Resort include a continental breakfast daily.
10. Where another company or persons operate the tour, activity or excursion, diving, accommodation or shore transfers, South Sea Cruises is only acting as a Sales Agent. Responsibility for the operation and liability for any mishap lies with those operators solely and not with South Sea Cruises Ltd.
11. Prices through some agents may vary due to currency fluctuations.
12. Travel subject to our Conditions of Carriage.

* FUEL SURCHARGE: Applies to bookings made locally in Fiji from 09 May 2011 and to all other bookings made from 01 June 2011.
Mamanuca Islands day cruises and island transfers that depart from Denarau Marina: $5 Adult and $2.50 Child fuel surcharge.
Yasawa Islands (including Vomo) all packages, passes and island transfers that depart from Denarau Marina: $10 Adult and $5 Child fuel surcharge.
The surcharges are in Fijian dollars and will be collected at check-in prior to departure from Denarau Marina.
